Payments & Insurance

Investment:

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well-being of children and adults.  We believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining orthodontic care therefore, we offer a variety of payment arrangements. Our treatment coordinators will review payment options for your monthly budget based on your COMPLIMENTARY initial examination.

What’s included:  Our treatment fees cover the cost of appliances and services performed in office during active treatment, followed by an additional retention phase typically lasting 12 months. Emergency visits during normal office hours are also included in the quoted fee.

What’s not included: Additional charges apply for appliances that are lost or broken due to negligence. So don’t let your dog eat your retainer! Your fees do not include general dentistry, X-rays, extractions, or any surgical procedures needed related to treatment performed outside our offices.

Financial Policies:

We offer a discount for payment in full at the start of treatment. We also offer in-house interest-free monthly financing!  Your Treatment Coordinator work with you to set up an affordable monthly payment schedule including worry-free automatic drafting of your payments.

MasterCard, Visa and direct debit cards are accepted.

Insurance:

We know how confusing insurance can be!  Insurance policies vary and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.  Orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If your benefits change during the course of treatment, be sure to let us know.
