What to Expect
We look forward to meeting you at your first office visit! From the moment you arrive, you will know you made the right choice. If you arrive early, you can read the latest issue of NH Magazine; test your knowledge with the quiz questions on our Reception Room Video and make a new friend or two. You will meet our Treatment Coordinator who will take diagnostic records including a digital panoramic x-ray and digital photos of your smile and bite. This appointment will last about 60 minutes and consist of an initial examination; review of your xray and photos and a discussion of your treatment concerns and options. Dr. Hiller prefers this to be a relaxed and informal session where you are encouraged to ask as many questions as you need – you will get tired of talking about teeth before we do, trust us!
Your Treatment Coordinator will also discuss your concerns, acquaint you with our office policies, fees and financing and assist you with paperwork. Please bring your insurance card if you have orthodontic insurance and fill out our Insurance Information Form.
We have a lot to say about teeth and we insist that our patients leave the office with a clear understanding of their specific needs and responsibilities; what the treatment will consist of, and how long it will take to achieve our mutually agreed upon smile goals. All treatments are customized to the patient’s needs.
During treatment, well-behaved parents of our young patients are always welcome in the clinic area! We can’t wait to meet you and get you started with your Hiller Smile!
New Patient Paperwork
If this is your first time visiting Hiller Orthodontics, or if you know you have not completed any or all of these forms, please take a moment to download the following forms, complete them as best you can and bring them with you to your appointment. This will help to ensure that we are able to get your child in for his/her appointment in a timely manner.
“We are new patients, and my favorite thing about Dr. Hiller and staff was how comfortable they made us feel… I also loved that the entire staff seemed to be so happy.” Kris
